FAF Affairs is not a traditional consulting firm. We are a strategic partner — built on the belief that real results come from structure, discipline, and deliberate execution. We don't hand off decks. We build systems that hold.
A Strategic Partner
We don't consult from the outside. We integrate into your operation, align with your objectives, and execute alongside you.
Systems-Focused
Our value isn't in opinions — it's in the structures, frameworks, and operating systems we build to create lasting clarity.
Founder-Led
A founder-led firm. Scope, responsibilities, and any specialist support are agreed for each engagement.
Five principles that govern how we approach every engagement, every decision, every outcome.
Execution over ideas
Ideas without execution are hypotheses. We build the bridge between concept and result.
Structure over chaos
Discipline and order are not limitations — they are the infrastructure of progress.
Systems over motivation
Motivation fluctuates. Systems don't. We build what persists.
Clarity before action
Moving fast in the wrong direction compounds loss. Clarity is the first asset.
Outcomes over activity
Busy is not the same as effective. We measure what moves the needle.
Founder & Principal Advisor
Fabio founded FAF Affairs after recognizing a consistent thread in his career: helping people and organizations grow. His experience spans financial management, audit, and government operations. Structure turns intent into action.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in Project Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, with minors covering international business and relations, and aviation safety. FAF brings that project discipline and international perspective to defining objectives, coordinating decisions, and advancing with accountability.
We work with those who understand the value beyond Focus, Advance, and Fulfill.
Builders and founders creating something with purpose
Operators who want structure, not just strategy
Organizations ready to move from planning to execution
Professionals who demand accountability from their advisory partners
